Don Harrison, MA, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC

Don is the founder and owner of The Bindu Institute, LLC in Navarre, FL. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. Don's practice is focused on affective disorders, addictions & habits, and personal growth using mindfulness and holistic "whole-person" approaches.  The use of mindfulness permeates all he does with clients, coworkers and collaborators. Don is an advocate for mental health consumers and is on the board of directors of the Emerald Coast chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).



Trinity Ellis, MS, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Trinity has been with The Bindu Institute since its inception. Her practice focuses on work with parents in developing nurturing parenting skills and coping with challenges of parenthood. She works with children and adolescents with behavioral and/or emotional problems. Trinity recently completed a Certificate of Training in Maternal Mental Health.  A mother herself, she brings a unique, hands-on approach to working through the challenges that parents, children and families face.



Jaime N. Graham, MA, LPC, NCC

Jaime has a license and National Certification in professional counseling. She is devoted to working with the families and children from birth to the teens. Jaime has taught courses in Love and Logic in Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas for the past three years. Jaime has specialized in working with families of specially able children.




Heather Cosimo, MA, Personal Coach

Heather Cosimo, has her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and completed a clinical internship at the Addiction Treatment Facility in Landstuhl, Germany. In addition, her kground consists of fourteen years of professional experience in consulting, marketing, photography, sales and writing. Her goal is to helpothers maximize their potential and achieve personal goals. She specializes in dealing with life transitions, developing plans, making desired changes and providing support. Jessica Johnson, MA, Nutrition and Wellness Coach

Jessica Johnson is a Certified Nutrition Therapist & holds a BA in Psychology, minoring in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies. She also earned an MA in Counseling & Psychology in Education, specializing in Clinical Mental Health. It is her goal to provide education, coaching, and support to individuals who want to live happier and healthier lives through better nutrition.
